Returns & Refunds

We accept returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you wish to return an item, you must notify Sajh Dhaj Kai within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking charge applies to all approved returns.

To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

  • Meet our return eligibility requirements.

Return Shipping (UK & International)

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items, both within the UK and internationally. Shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

We do not provide prepaid return labels. For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as Sajh Dhaj Kai cannot be held responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Custom-Made, Bridal & Sale Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Bridal and wedding formal wear.

  • Custom-made or made-to-order garments.

  • Standard-size dresses that have been altered or customised at the customer’s request.

  • Sale or clearance items.

Where alterations are required for bridal garments, we are happy to assist. Please allow 45–60 days for alterations to be completed. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with alteration services.

Inspection of Returned Items

All returned items are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. Once your return has been assessed, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp whether your return has been approved or declined.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the inspection process after your parcel has been received. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
